ViCEPHEC
The Variety in Chemistry Education / Physics Higher Education Conference is an annual national conference that brings together educators in chemistry and physics to discuss and share developments, ideas, and good practice in learning and teaching at tertiary level.
DATES
24th – 25th August 2023
The RSC and IoP Higher Education Groups will be hosting Satellite Meetings on Wednesday 23rd August 2023.
FORMAT
ViCEPHEC23 is proudly hosted by Durham University, and it will run in-person. We will welcome abstract submissions for posters, talks, and workshops.
Further conference information will be posted to this website, on our Twitter, and sent to the e-mail addresses submitted for registration.
THEME FOR ViCEPHEC23
The theme(s) for ViCEPHEC23 will be decided once the submitted abstracts have been reviewed for common narratives.

Abstract Submission Opens – w/b Tuesday 2 May
Registration Opens – w/b Monday 15 May
Abstract Submission Closes – Sunday 11 June
Abstract Reviews – w/b Monday 3 July
Abstract Review Results Communicated to Authors – by Friday 7 July
Conference Program – w/b Monday 10 July
Registration Closes – Sunday 6 August (or when full)
Conference – Thursday 24 and Friday 25 August
